Installation Service Terms & Conditions
SOLUTIONS Logistics Services, we provide professional installation services for residential and commercial projects across California. Our goal is to deliver reliable, efficient, and high-quality installations so our clients can enjoy their equipment with complete peace of mind. Scope of Service Our services are limited to the professional installation and assembly of client-provided products such as saunas, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. We do not manufacture or modify the products being installed. Site Preparation Clients are responsible for ensuring the installation site is ready prior to our arrival, including proper access, utilities (electrical or plumbing if required), and all necessary materials on site. Scheduling All installation services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. If the site is not ready at the scheduled time, additional service or rescheduling fees may apply. Product Condition We are not responsible for damaged, defective, or missing parts supplied by manufacturers or third parties. Payments Payment terms will be outlined in the project estimate. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the installation.
